RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY:
9/3/26 DIAMONDBACK called me and admitted he was not trained or licensed to install that technology.
9/26 Once Diamondback removed it, the entire AC Unit froze twice in two weeks. The blower motor is now ruined.
9/26 Homeowner was forced to purchase an entire new blower motor.

They are blaming the client bc I’m challenging the purchase with discover card.

INSTALLED WITH MISSING PIECES BURNED HOLE IN MY AC. I THINK THEY SOLD ME A USED MACHINE AND CALLED IT BRAND NEW! Diamondback sold me an air purifier extension for $2500. After 2 rounds of requested maintenance OVER A YEARS TIME bc my AC kept crashing to a stop! The technician said "I was new to the company and didn't know what I was doing. You're missing pieces. That's why it doesn't work." Now they are refusing to provide documentation that this technician removed the product. I had them come out twice and no one knew why the AC stopped working--once they removed the product AC works fine. They refuse to even acknowledge they were in my home. IYS SO SKETCH THAT DISCOVER CARD IS REVOKING CHARGES BASED ON COUNTERFEIT AND INCOMPLETE PRODUCT.
